POSITION SUMMARY To lead and facilitate the consensus volume planning activities associated with the Channel/Category/Business Unit. Create and maintain forecast which incorporates business intelligence and demand signals gathered from cross functional teams.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and facilitate monthly Consensus meetings with MKTG, Sales, TM, & Finance Accountable for updating and maintaining processes, tools and systems associated with the monthly PEAK process Translate demand signals into an executable demand plan by business. Work with cross functional teams and provide insight to improve business decisions Maintain and review Demand KPI and identify the area to improve Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results Coordinate cross-functional research activities to refine forecast and reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions into the monthly forecast Collaborate with Supply Planner in the creation of the Item/Weekly/Location level forecasting (Operational FCST) Participate and contribute to the Spring Plan building process Support S&OP driven initiatives and provide input to the Supply Planning organization on existing items and new product MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Degree or Equivalent 7+ years of Demand/Supply/Sales/Financial Planning experience SAP Experience preferred Data Mining Experience Strong analytical andproblem solvingskills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Good working knowledge of Consensus process Broad understanding of cross functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Trade, Sales) and Supply Chain team Strong cross functional collaboration Exposure to different levels of the organization Enhanced presentation skills.
