It Technician

**Responsibilities**:- Perform thorough wipe loads on devices to remove the current operating system.- Install and configure Windows 11 on a variety of devices.- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the reimaging process.- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure a smooth transition and mínimal disruption to end-users.- Document and maintain records of all reimagined devices.**Qualifications**:- Proven experience in IT support or a related field.- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, with expertise in installing and configuring Windows 11.- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.- Familiarity with device reimaging processes and best practices.- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining data integrity throughout the reimagining process.**Additional information**:**Please be noted that the start date for this position is 4th March 2024 & end date is 29th March 2024.
