The Infrastructure Manager is an intermediate level role responsible for driving LAN / WAN and help desk administration strategies, including network maintenance, technical guidance, and security in coordination with the Technology Infrastructure team.
The overall objective is to coordinate, manage and advise a team of professionals on technical and strategic concepts and activities.
Responsibilities : Provide technical oversight across systems and applications, including escalations and resolutionsEvaluate subordinates' performance and make recommendations for pay increases, hiring, terminations and other personnel actionsCommunicate interdependencies in and outside of the department as well as across products and projectsVerify adherence to control / risk standards and processesLead, evaluate, provide resources and drive a team towards realistic goalsDemonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of how areas of Technology Infrastructure contribute to achieving business goalsShared responsibility for delivery of end results and contributes to planning, budget management and formulation of procedures which directly impacts the Technology Infrastructure area;influence for resource planning Influences others through communication and diplomacy skills; may negotiate with external partiesHas the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and / or other team members.Ability to manage teams.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.Qualifications : 5-8 years of experience in a Technology Infrastructure role with people management experienceExperience in selected infrastructure technologies (application hosting and / or end user services)Effective written and verbal communication skillsEffective analytic / diagnostic skillsAbility to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audienceExperience in a Financial Services or large complex and / or global environment preferredAbility to develop projects required for design of metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking and best practicesAbility to partner with virtual and in-person teams, define goals to a team, and work under pressure or to a deadlineEducation : Bachelor's / University degree or equivalent experience

El rol de Service Delivery Manager C12 estará en constante comunicación con equipos locales o internacionales para abordar y documentar algunos problemas técnicos a nivel de redes, hardware etc.
El rol va a estar en evolución constante y adquirirá nuevas competencias conforme se vaya adaptando
Experiencia deseable de 3 a 5 años en el rol de IT SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER O FIELD SERVICES
Conocimientos en manejo de personal interno y externo (subcontratados).
Interacción con Sr. Manager.
Resolución de incidentes y requerimientos del área de negocios de sucursales.
Implementación de iniciativas tecnológicas en sucursales.
Manejo de proveedores. Conocimiento de administración niveles de servicio con proveedores e inventarios.
Conocimientos en soporte a usuarios en equipos Desktop, Laptops, VDI, Telefonía, Equipos de videoconferencias, Network.
Inglés Avanzado Deseable.
Lic o Ing. Negociable respecto a experiencia profesional. Disponibilidad para trabajar de forma HIBRIDA 3 Oficina y 2 en Casa (Ubicación principal Portal San Ángel) (Con disponibilidad para trasladarse a METEPEC ocasionalmente)
