#LI-NA1**IT Manager****Job based in Cd Juarez, Chih. **La Cuesta Plant Trim Division****Lear Corporation** is number 70 on the list of 500 Most Important Companies in Mexico 2020 according to Expansion Magazine Components that are manufactured in our country include: structures and mechanisms for seats, trim, foam, leather, harnesses and automotive electronics, these components are consumed by the Automotive industry of Mexico, USA and Canada.****As a IT Manager, This position is in charge of the IT department for one or more production sites, This position is responsible to assign activities to his team to provide on time and properly support to end users, This position manage IT projects under the supervision of the IT Divisional Manager focused to execute on time and under budget following the Lear guidelines.****YOUR TASK WILL BE**- **Be able to establish communications with the local staff at all levels (Spanish and English)**- **Maintain good environment inside the IT department to work under Human Resources and Security rules and policies**- **Form, develop and organize the IT Team to cooperate with the multidisciplinary work teams oriented towards the solution**- **Lead with the example documenting with the ticket system any issues related with the IT support, been a point of contact**- **Validate the service provided by the IT department thru the ticket system focused on resolve end user issues in the first hour****TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLL YOU WILL NEED**- Systems Engineer- Mexico's Plants = Bilingual (English / Spanish), US plants is a plus.- Required five (5) years of experience.- High knowledge in computer packages- Broad knowledge of structured cabling- High knowledge level in operations systems (pc's), middle knowledge server level- Digital telephone knowledge and network support by Cisco equipment
