· Partner with Site stake holders, process owners and IT teams to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business and technical requirements
· Develop an understanding of how solutions will impact present and future business needs
· Work with end users to determine needs (data, screens, processes, reports) and develop scope
· Draft detailed specifications that reflect the user's needs
· Analyze, document and test program development, logic, process flows and specifications and make recommendations where improvements can be made
· Support the implementation of systems to create an experience that positions Terex as the first choice among peers for parts and services
· Partner with business users to document test cases and conduct user acceptance testing
· Document user manuals to describe application installation and operating procedures
· Coordinate the project resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
Main job-specific requirements / skills: · Previous experience with ERP or business processes
· Analytical and project management skills / Agile Methodolgy
· Demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels within IT and business teams (English)
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Relevnat experience in Reporting and Data Analysis tools
· Excellent communication and cross-functional relationship building skills
· Organized and flexible to changing business priorities - Action and result oriented
· Excellent presentation and listening skills
· Ability to work well with people from many different cultures and disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience over geographically dispersed locations
· Willingness to take ownership of issues and ensure all interested parties are kept informed of progress in order to deliver solutions
