(promueve la entrega de mejores servicios, y la mejora continua para ahorrar costos).- Digital Transformation tools knowledge (Azure cloud, Databases, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning,- Process-oriented, and a motivated self-starter.- Ability to work with cross-functional teams while working with and influencing stakeholders.- Display influencing, communication skills towards stakeholders and leadership teams.- A proactive, collaborative, resourceful and "can do" attitude.- An independent worker/self-starter, striving to go the extra mile to deliver excellent performance.- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with demanding project schedules.- Strong problem-solving & methodical abilities for project implementations.- Ability to think both strategically and tactically with good attention to detail.- Experience using a disruptive thinking about deploying IT solutions.- Goal-driven attitude.- Problem solving, Agile delivery, risk management- 3-5+ years in IT roles and implementing IT projects**What you will do**:- Contribute as an active IT business partner regarding Supply Chain big problems that need to be solved or what we need to innovate with IT solutions- Business Case support to show clear benefits about the IT solutions that transform the business (Consumer, customer, and employee experience).- Collaborate with local, regional/global Supply Chain, and technology teams to generate innovation deliverables.- Streamline technology solutions in collaboration with the IT North Latam and IT Global teams**Level of education needed**:- Bachelor's degree in computer science, robotics, a related field, or equivalent work experience.- Fluent advanced English.**Skills**Digital, automation, agile, data & analytics capabilities, project management (agile/scrum methologies)**Leadership**- Business Acumen, Agility, talent catalyst, purpose & service**ARE YOU INTERESTED?
