In this position you will be part of an American company with 20 years of experience in the heavy construction industry. You will help them in their expansion to other states in North America, exposing an excellent presence of their products to qualify and capture new leads via telephone and digital.
Qualifications:
Great English level, with fluent speaking.4+ years of experience with phone sales, telemarketing, or online prospecting.Experience with customer service.Shift and commute availability at office (100% face-to-face work in TORREON, COAH.).Excellent telephone communication and energy, people oriented.Strong organization and follow-up skills.Experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.Positive attitude and teamwork.Ability to multi-task and maintain a good work pace.Great-to-have: Valid VISA and Passport, to travel after training and potentially once a year to interact with the team in USA.Experience working with CRMs.
Call prospects with the objective of collecting specific data in order to qualify the company. The Information needed is the contact information, details on their fleet of equipment and purchasing frequency.Enter the information of leads into the company CRM system once qualified.Continue the follow up on leads until the correct contact & information is verified.Sort through lists of leads from various states.Email documents to leads once they are qualified.Create lists of qualified leads that will be emailed to the inside sales team for further follow-up.Notify the sales team as quote requests / leads come in.#J-18808-Ljbffr
