Mariana and Paulina are already trained and already count with all necessary tools to execute the job.- Activities both Mariana and Paulina are already doing:- MSP Avionics/Mechanical Quotes.- MSP Avionics/Mechanical Contracts.- Pitching MSP Avionics/Mechanical to potential customers.- Salesforce Quote triaging.- Salesforce Opportunity management.- Salesforce Leads.- Salesforce Tasks (Spotter Bot).- Salesforce reports.- HIS Countersignature requests (Acrobat Sign).- Submitting new enrollments to Admin Team.- Working Reinstatement Opportunities coming from Admin Team.- MOR reporting.- Covering EMEAI region (Adela Rehakova's former region) until Viorela is up to speed.- Back up any sales manager while they are out of the office.- Updating internal MOS file.- Without Inside Sales involvement the following would not have been possible:- Leads worked on by Interns in 2023: $3M (53 leads), of which $2.8M converted (36 leads).- They generate around 20 quotes a moth for MSP Avionics/Mechanical (globally), that represents $1.4M of opportunity (1-YR value). Each quote can take up to 25 minutes depending on aircraft configuration.- They created a total of 337 SFDC opportunities ($140M 3-YR value) which include the campaign load for G500/G600. If the total SFDC opportunities created by them 23 are Won ($4.7M) and 301 are open ($132M).- Increased need for Inside Sales support given the regional distribution in Americas (two sales reps covering U.S. and Canada). Aid for Quotes and SFDC will be critical for regional success.- MSP Inside Sales support for MSP Avionics/Mechanical is limited, Emma split with CBM role and taking more CBM responsibilities.
