Recognized for quality and performance, our seat structures (including recliners, tracks, and latches) meet or exceed customers' needs globally.We know that engaged teams drive innovation and excel in bringing our vision of making every drive better to life.Your task will be:- Develop VSMs at the assigned site.- Make improvements and updates to the Lay out.- Lead Kaizen Events- Training of plant teams in Lean Manufacturing techniques and tools.- Equipment capacity study- Implementation and monitoring of savings projects.- Plant method and capacity analysis- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 policies, procedures and requirements.To be successful in this role you will need:- Finished professional career- 2 years of experience as Industrial and CI Engineer- Bilingual (fluent english essential)- Experience in advanced problem solving- Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, quality systems.- Management of AutoCAD and Minitab- #LI-DNI- Lear Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to a diverse workplace._
