Come be a part of this journey!****BAT MEXICO IS LOOKING FOR AN IDT SERVICES INTERN****SENIORITY LEVEL: Intern****FUNCTION**: IT**LOCATION**:Monterrey**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**- Collaborate on the preparation of IT Services reports (Key Performance Indicators, Services Level Agreements).- Collaborate on Digital and Communication activities.- Collaborate on IT Security and Compliance activities.- Collaborate on the selection and development of solutions.- Collaborate to ensure solutions meet the business requirements.- Contribute to project plans and services improvement plans.- Ensure deliverables are produced to time, cost & quality.- Collaborate to ensure the business requirements are translated to a Technology implementation to deliver on services goals, align on Business priorities.- Actively participate in contributing to their own development to be a better graduate.- Actively contribute in assigned initiatives related to services processes and transformation projects.**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**- Be student of Business Administration, Business Systems, Analytics, Data Analytics, or any other Information Technology related career.- Graduation date between June and end of 2024.- Advanced English.- Nice to have knowledge about HTML.- O365 package, good level in PowerPoint and Excel knowledge.- Have effective communication.- Be an engage person.**WE ARE BAT**At BAT we are committed to our Purpose of creating A Better Tomorrow.
