Responsibilities: Manage, control, promote and achieve the KPI's/objectives/goals of the department and promote KPI's of KI Mexico.Recruitment and selection: Collaborate in the identification of personnel needs and in the development of position profiles. Publish and disseminate job offers, as well as manage the selection process from the initial interview to the job offer. Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and participate in hiring decisions. Maintain relationships with universities and recruiting sources.Maintain updated employee files, including contracts and changes in working conditions.Manage employee hiringand termination processes, as well as licenses and permits.
