As a Human Resources Business Partner , you will be responsible for aligning business objectives with designated business, formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. This position will report to HRBP AC Operations, LATAM. Key Responsibilities Translate business and operational strategies into a data-driven cultural and people agenda that leverages COE best practices, tools, and templates. Ensure the execution of the strategies, agenda and people and culture projects that drive business performance in the SBU function; including support for inquiries from our service center. Partners with other HRBPs for guidance on local legal requirements, language, and HR operating model support. Ensures the business is able and prepared to deliver sustained results Represents the voice of the business with HR colleagues to design solutions, understand needs, and answer questions.
