Requisites/Tasks:- 4-Year College Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related- Fluent in English and Spanish- 50% knowledge of the German language- At least 4 years of experience in Administration(Human resources and Accounting) tasks in general.- Knowledge of LFT and RIT- Employee's work documentation (IMSS, Infonavit, government documentation, permits)- Bank reconciliation, billing, accounts receivable and accounts payable- Update employee's documentation (resume, status, etc.)- Knowledge of computer equipment and collaboration systems for web meetings- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills- Review employee's internal reports- Management of HR indicators(KPI's)- Coordinating employees and meetings- ISO 9001:2015 documentation, update, and maintenance- Travel logistics support when needed- Support/cover other office team members as needed to meet company goals- Travel required*Payment shown in Indeed page is in MXN.Art der Stelle: VollzeitGehalt: $25.000,00 - $30.000,00 pro MonatMaßnahmen im Angesicht von COVID-19:The Protev Group is highly concerned and cares about its employees.
