At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.**Responsibilities**:**HR Knowledge Management Sr Analyst****Main Purpose**Partner with the KM Lead in designing, developing, and implementing appropriate KM processes in the areas of KM system design, maintenance, document management and business critical knowledge retention and proactively identify areas of continuous improvement through assessing the changing needs of the function. Work closely with KM lead and lead various KM projects / initiatives to be able to act as a back-up to the KM Lead and drive KM Program & Initiatives in her / his absence (typically one major project (global, cross-capabilities) and some smaller initiatives). Overall, the role is based on ownership of tasks and autonomous responsibility, rather than supporting and contributing to the work of the KM Lead.**Accountabilities**Added or modified accountabilities are bolded.Stakeholder management- Collaborate across global business services to execute KM programs, consistency of user-experience and connection to common areas of interest- Set up and lead communities and collaborate through seeding of relevant communities, curation of relevant content and leverage collaborative sharing tools (e.g. blogs, discussion boards)- Interact with functional stakeholders along with global KM team to drive/oversee the execution of KM programs and projects- Build the KM culture across the global functional tower, promote KM with teams, develop and maintain marketing materials (Newsletters, presentations, leaflets, etc),- Organize and deliver KM-related trainingsContent management- Drive (previously: support) activities related to content quality, audit and consistency, actively support internal and external audits- Lead or support efforts related to content & gap analysis and content creation- Support functional teams at creating, categorizing and maintaining knowledge, be familiar and ready to help implement the most recent technology (for KC, process mapping, etc)- Contribute to building a data-driven service to help create and present high-quality and easy to consume content- Identify areas for improvement and lead projects related to service delivery excellence within KMData & Analytics- Own creation of metrics and analytics dashboards in order to develop data-driven service- Be able to explain KM performance metrics and transform them into action item- Have at least 18 months in your current function- Notify your direct leader and HRBP that you are interested on the position- PDR evaluation of at least 2/2 on the last two years- Have not received any warrants and/or disciplinary notifications on the last 12 monthsQualifications:- Graduation / post-graduation in any stream with 3 years of relevant work experience in shared services GBS environment in KM programs & teams.- Ability to collaborate and work Sr. Leaders and other team members to help establish goals, objectives / action plans and roadmaps.- Ability to work across cultures and develop networks within the organization.- Upkeep with the current technological developments/trends and evaluate and share ideas on how those can be introduced in the KM User experience.- Strong interpersonal skills, team player, stakeholder management, change management, communication, detail-oriented, motivational, influencing skills and clarity of thoughts.- Understanding of KM tools /systems, SharePoint, Content Management tools & Content Management cycle.- Experience and good command over Microsoft tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, etc.**Non Technical Skills**- Ability to influence, persuasive and strong in change management- Disciplined and consistent, with the highest degree
