Ensure 100% certification of operational personnel to guarantee that operational personnel have the skills required to carry out their functions. Compliance with STPS legal requirements. Carry out DNC, annual training plan.**YOUR TASKS WILL BE**:- Ensure coverage of operational and hourly positions- Coordinate and execute the induction and certification process for new staff- Coordinate the certification process and update the training matrix- organize Internal Postings and Assessment processes at all levels (Hourly and Salary)- Monitoring of new employees- Prepare and ensure the execution of the annual training plan- Compliance legal requirements- Implementation and execution of Human Resources initiatives- Coordinate and execute the detection of training needs**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**:- Bachelor's degree in business or Psychology or related- 3+ years in similar position desirable in Automotive Wiring Harness Industry or in Manufacturing sector- Knowledge in training, group management, legal requirements and IATF- English level IntermediateLI-DNI
