If you're willing to contribute and create value for tomorrow's cleaner and smarter mobility, Faurecia is the place to be.If you're ambitious, driven and team-spirited, this is your opportunity to build a career as HR Generalist in Puebla.The role like HR Generalist is provide support in all areas of Human Resources, recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee relations, job evaluation, compensation management, training, database administration and special projects.Your responsibilities will include:Coordinate and assists management in all staffing and recruiting activities.Support HR Manager on talent acquisition, potential identification, succession plans, track and follow up MD and talent KPI's.Apply order and cleaning (5's) in your position.Support HR Manager to complete career paths and development actions.Create and maintain training matrices and associate training records.HR Services Suppliers management through tracking of the purchasing process.Ensure associate information in HRIS systems is accurate and up to date.Support to HR reporting tasks: monthly headcount, training hours and budget .Key requirements:Advanced EnglishBachelor's degree in human resources or related field.Fundamental knowledge of employment laws is required.Service-oriented communication skills are highly recommended.Recruitment process knowledge.#LI - onsiteFaurecia is so much more than a top-7 global automotive and technology leader.
