Other duties may be assigned.- Confers with management and supervisors to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills.- Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting Human Resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are complying.- Writes job descriptions or reviews and edits job descriptions written by others.- Recruits, interviews, tests and selects employees to fill vacant positions.- Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.- Develops recruitment programs, budgets, and collateral to attract applicants and to fill specific job openings.- Participates in coordination of management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment.- Administers performance review program, alongside Human Resources Assistant Manager to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.- Writes and places job advertising in various media.- Develops and coordinates internal job posting program and writes job postings.- Coordinates and participates in setting up display and working at job fairs.- Develops and maintains contacts with universities, alumni groups, and other public organizations to find and attract applicants.- Makes public presentations at schools, organizations, and job fairs regarding the organization and opportunities.- Provides information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants.- Performs reference and background checks on applicants.- Coordinates communications with applicants.- Files and maintains employment records for future references.**Work Schedule**:**Guadalajara Offices 9:00 am-6:00 pm CST (M-F)****Qualifications**:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
