Enhance team structure, roles, and recruitment for high-performing finance unit. Nurture team members' growth and talent pipeline. Lead, model, and support our Bucharest office. What you will bring: A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance across all levels, including industry and audit. Profound knowledge of finance possesses a BSc./MSc./MBA in related fields. A strategic and creative thinker who can effectively manage stakeholders and navigate competing priorities. Someone who can easily adapt and prioritize the most important and impactful initiatives in a constantly changing environment. Experience in B2B relationship management is highly desired. A strong hands-on mentality, pragmatism, and the ability to influence change through persuasion rather than force. You are an entrepreneur within the finance field.
