TITLE: Head of Visual Design / Creative Director DEPARTMENT : Marketing PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Head of Visual Design / Creative Director will lead a team of visual designers and be in charge of creating and designing Incode's Visual Guidelines. Will guide the visual team in all marketing and sales tools for Regional Markets & Corporate Branding activities, events, materials, and social media. Will lead the Global Visual Team in marketing programs and sales pitches to drive awareness, adoption, and growth. As the Head of Creativity, you will oversee the creation of Incode's creative concepts and integrate strategic thinking with the creative and production part in the different projects resulting from the company's needs. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams from marketing, sales, product management, content strategy, and external agencies to do so. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in visual design with top brands. Will be comfortable collaborating with both creative and technical teams.
