TITLE:Head of Visual Design / Creative Director DEPARTMENT:Marketing PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Head of Visual Design / Creative Director will lead a team of visual designers and be in charge of creating and designing Incode's Visual Guidelines. Will guide the visual team in all marketing and sales tools for Regional Markets & Corporate Branding activities, events, materials, and social media. Will lead the Global Visual Team in marketing programs and sales pitches to drive awareness, adoption, and growth. As the Head of Creativity, you will oversee the creation of Incode's creative concepts and integrate strategic thinking with the creative and production part in the different projects resulting from the company's needs. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams from marketing, sales, product management, content strategy, and external agencies to do so. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in visual design with top brands. Will be comfortable collaborating with both creative and technical teams. Responsibilities & Requirement Design portfolio showcasing relevant work (applicants without it won't be reviewed) Definition of creative concepts with the area in charge, of direct application for all media Integrate strategic thinking with the creative and production part in the different projects Consulting and accompaniment with leadership with the different areas and work teams both inside and outside the company (agencies/producers) Inspiration and motivation with creative processes that lead to the development of new ideas and concepts applicable in day-to-day work and future 8 years of relevant experience Adapt to working in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment High drive and initiative Responsible, dedicated, owning decisions Advanced Adobe and Microsoft Office user Advantages: experience with Figma Improving and expanding our brand and its assets Producing digital and printed collaterals, producing visual presentations Ability to work autonomously Be a good co-worker and colleague that believes in collaboration and is open to others' points of view Highly motivated, fast learner, multi-tasking, and resourceful J-18808-Ljbffr
