Then this may be the opportunity for you. Purpose of the role Lead end-to-end Logistic Operation for Tequila global category (8m EUs in F24, volume growth 25% CAGR 5Year). Fully accountable for Direction, Strategy development, Control, Performance Management of the end-to-end logistic operations. The incumbent will lead warehousing operations for Tequila category with 5 warehousing locations, including Diageo's owned facilities in Jalisco and 3PL operation in Guadalajara. Will also be 100% accountable for providing outstanding service to all Diageo Markets ordering Tequila, coordinating all the order management, Preparation and picking, Order fulfilment, Transportation and Customs clearance process both for NAM and for ROW. Part of the function will be work with a sophisticated range of Tequila internal partners (Planning, Manufacturing, Security Finance and HR), as well as the Global Operational Excellence and Logistics teams. In addition, work closely directly with markets (NAM&ROW) WH heads on improve and transform initiatives. This role will lead be accountable for the annual spend in and Trans of around GBP 50 million. Incumbent will need to interact across cultures & have strong influence/impact within businesses.
