GTO Program - INGREDION.The Ingredion Global Talent for Operations Program is designed to provide high-caliber early-in-career Chemical Engineering, talent with targeted developmental opportunities and accelerated global experiences to build a superior foundation in Operations and develop robust leadership capabilities. As a GTO Associate, you will take part in a 36-month rotational program as part of a global cohort in one track: Manufacturing. During the program, you will take on a new role every 12 months - building your technical skills and leadership capabilities along the way through on-the-job learning and development, strategic project work, and instructor-led training focusing on a new theme each year:**Year 1**: Technical Foundations**Year 2**: Personal Development**Year 3**: Leadership DevelopmentDuring this rotational development program, you will be required to move to a new location at least once - but 2 to 3 moves are encouraged to broaden your professional network and breadth of Operations experience.
