General Accounting Specialist

As a **_General Accounting Specialist_**, you will perform the Management & Incentive Accounting function. You will accomplish and resolve miscellaneous tasks according to the controller´s manuals, ensuring procedures. You will report to the LATAM GL SUPERVISOR. This Job is located in Queretaro #LI-Hybrid**Responsibilities**- Process and upload standard journal entries, accrual, reclass, and recurring entries.- Retain appropriate records as outlined in the Records Retention Manual.- Journal entry preparation and processing**Qualifications**- 2+ years experience in the accounting department of a multinational company.- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.- Intermediate English skills (B1).- Experience with MS Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), and ERPs: Oracle, SAP, and QAD.Benefits included will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process, like medical benefits, life insurance and more.This job posting may have multiple locations listed.
