If you love challenges, want to experience development opportunities unrestrained, and want recognition that pays off, then you've come to the right place with Lear.We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as a Test Functional Engineer, based in our **Apodaca Plant (Apodaca, Nuevo León, México)**.As a Test Fuctional Engineer you will be responsible to develop/implement devices and test processes to accomplish with the customer´s test specification requirements**Your Tasks will be**- Assure the correct implementation of the test specifications in EOL- Create and maintain coverage test documents- KPI´s monitoring to the implementation of solutions to improve them- Develop and monitoring of robust maintenance routines to help to improve the devices utilization- Support the quality initiatives and corrective actions to prevent non conformal products- Procurement of the necessary equipment to support engineering changes- Assure spare parts availability- Trouble shooting to every device and training plans to the technicians**To be successful in this role you will need**:- Bachelor´s Degree in Electronic/mechatronic engineering or any related field- + 1 year of experience in similar positions- Programmation knowledge and experience- Previous experience in EOL Devices- English level advanced (Desirable)LI-LM1
