Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Online Travel Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis.You will be responsible for coordinating and booking travel arrangements for our clients, using our online booking system. This is a remote position. Key Responsibilities: Communicate with clients via email or phone to understand their travel needs and preferences Utilize our online booking system to research, plan, and book flights, accommodations, and other travel arrangements Provide clients with detailed itineraries and travel documents Monitor and manage travel bookings to ensure accuracy and make any necessary changes or updates Stay up-to-date with travel trends, airline policies, and destination information Handle any travel-related issues or emergencies that may arise Collaborate with our team to continuously improve our online booking system and overall customer experience Qualifications: Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Passion for travel and knowledge of popular destinations.
