We are the leaders in our market and areaccelerating to extend our lead and move into new markets.**The Role**:We are looking for a **Fraud Prevention Team Leader** to be part of this amazing and fast - growing fintech. The Fraud Prevention Team Leader responsible for spearheading the fraud prevention and disputes area within the Financial Services division, particularly focusing on Wallet operations. This proactive and entrepreneurial individual must possess the ability to work independently, understanding and executing necessary tasks with precision. With a background in debit card fraud prevention and experience in mitigating fraudulent activities related to fund transfers in virtual wallets, the Team Leader will lead efforts to design, manage, and implement strategic processes aimed at preventing and promptly detecting fraudulent incidents.**What will I do?**- Responsible for defining the fraud prevention strategy, both the debit card transactions and the Spei Out (transfers)- Implementation, monitoring and validation of models in order to maximise approval, minimise chargebacks losses, providing excellence in the merchant experience- Manage and control of Fraud Management for Financial Services.- Control and monitoring of the main KPIs of the area that impact the business.- Design and maintain risk rules to understand new fraud patterns.- Scaling of risks, vulnerabilities, deviations and relevant cases.- Analyse and redesign the Fraud process continually for debit card transactions and wallet.- Knowledge in technologies and fraud prevention.- Having occupied fraud monitoring tools (Cybersource, Featurespace, etc, Falcon).- Knowledge of Data Science and ML models- Knowledge of the banking card payment.- Highly analytical skills.- Data Driven- Leadership.- SQL, Python- BA in Actuary, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or similar technical studies.- Master in Data Mining, Data Science, MBA is a plus- If you are unstoppable, creative, and have the skills we need, we want to talk to you!!_- At Clip we embrace and honor the differences of our Clippers, and together we create a vibrant and extraordinary culture in a space where everyone can be their true self and thrive to their full potential._- We promote access to the same opportunities in a safe and respectful space, free of discrimination and harassment._- Diversity, equity and inclusion have been part of Clip since its foundation and are a key part of our essence.
