A company in Mexico City, Mexico, is on the lookout for an Account Associateto join their diligent team of customer service representatives. What are the basic job requirements? The ideal candidate will hold a high school diploma or similar qualification. Experience is not essential for this entry-level position, but a background in customer service and/or administration would be beneficial. The chosen candidate will display a passion for problem-solving and an innate drive to succeed, as well as excellent verbal and written skills in English and Japanese. Computer literacy and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is a prerequisite. The ability to deliver against established deadlines, attention to detail, solid numeracy skills and accuracy is essential. What will the job involve? The chosen candidate will responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service and administrative support to client programmes and projects as assigned. They will be expected to execute day-to-day tasks in accordance with an established in-house service model. This will include daily interaction with a global partner base and colleagues, mainly via emails and other written communication, but also via telephone as required. The associate will be supported by a senior colleague at all times and trained in accordance with company best practices continuously. This will include, but not be limited to: Delivering customer service via email or telephone Auditing claims Executing payment processing and report generation Using in house applications, portals and other programs to answer end-user and client questions Trouble-shooting problems Assisting with the development of operational processes and documentation Testing channels/conduits/assigned applications to provide feedback on usability Escalating bugs/issues within the product suite to product specialists Does this sound like the voyage of a lifetime?
