Key Responsibilities: Conduct financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities to support the company's strategic initiatives.Develop and maintain financial models and reports to analyze business performance, identify trends, and provide insights to senior management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, validate assumptions, and ensure the accuracy of financial projections.Prepare regular financial reports, including variance analysis, KPIs, and key financial metrics, and present findings to stakeholders.Assist in developing and implementing financial strategies to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.Perform financial analysis to support decision-making, including investment evaluations, pricing strategies, and cost optimization.Participate in developing and improving financial planning systems, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Stay updated with industry trends, economic factors, and regulatory changes that may impact financial planning and analysis activities.Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to senior management as required. Required Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus.Proven 3+ years of working experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and advanced Excel skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information.Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry best practices.Familiarity with ERP systems and proficiency in financial data extraction and manipulation.Financial integrity, transparency in communication, and ethical standards.
