What You'll DoPrepare monthly business reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets in partnership with the team and our clients. Prepare ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic business decisions for us and our clients. Present recommendations to us and our clients regarding financial objectives and policies. Work on bookkeeping and reporting for us, including monthly bank and credit card reconciliations in QuickBooks online. Create standardized reporting packages for all clients. Train inexperienced staff as needed. Some administrative duties (e.g., emails and scheduling) as required. Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.What You NeedBachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business. Minimum 2-4 years' experience as a Financial Analyst. Excel financial modeling skills and experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize as needed. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Ability to work and deal with people at various levels and of diverse backgrounds. Proactive and self-motivated; excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented and curious. Capable of working directly with our clients on their financial projects as required. Must own a newer model computer (2019 or newer) and have reliable internet access. Minimum 1 years' experience using QuickBooks Online. Working knowledge of SAP Business One or other ERP systems. Familiarity with hourly timekeeping systems like Clockify.Salary & BenefitsThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The Financial Analyst will sign a contractor agreement and will be paid monthly in local currency ($R). Work from home. Monday through Friday, 8/9am to 5/6pm - PST.
