With its products, the company contributes to reducing emissions, protecting the climate and enhancing safe mobility.**We are looking to hire Financial Analyst to join our Shared Services team in Monterrey**:**Responsibilities**- Responsible to analyze cost information to define proper cost of products or services- Coordinates the preparation of budgets, reviews budget proposals and prepares necessary supporting documentation and justification.- Prepare Analysis and explanation of budget variances- Review profit and loss and balance sheet statements accounts to support operational efficiencies and budget achievement.- Month End Data and variances Review,- Controls, tracks and reports capital and asset investment programs, including overseeing approvals, tracking actual to budget, meeting program targets and ensuring appropriate accounting treatment.- Cost Center and product line management- Lead and monitor business initiatives for cost improvement/reduction- Month end closings and trial balance submissions to headquarters, including data and variances review- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual Financial reporting packages to Senior Management- Business Units hourly rate calculations and/or variances- Ensure and improve internal controls based on Corporate Policy and Directives to keep clean internal and external audit reports- Must be able to effectively communicate and interact with various levels of operating unit and headquarters personnel.- Ensure all policies & procedures are updated & documented as necessary and encouraging excellent customer service to ZF operating units and corporate finance.- Communicates and educates other departments on the cost center spending and variances, change management tracking and quoting.- Creates business cases and business models to provide a decision-making base for new business acquisition, support for offering programs / sales quoting to external customers.*****Requirements**:- Accounting or Finance Degree- 85-95% Bilingual English/Spanish- Strong analytical and problem solving- High attention to detail- A proactive approach with a dedication to teamwork- Outstanding customer service, and continuous improvement are essential.- Excellent computer skills using MS Office.
