You will playa critical role in optimizing financial performance, ensuring compliance withfinancial regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to seniormanagement. You will report directly to our Finance Sr. Manager, and you'llwork out of our San Luis Potosi location. In this role, you will impact theorganization by driving financial efficiency, supporting strategicdecision-making, and ensuring the financial health of the business unit. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupervise, manage, and develop a team of finance individual contributors onsite.Lead business planning cycles, gross profit improvement discussions, cost improvement project valuations.Lead/Manage product standard costing, capital request prioritization and approvals, headcount reporting, and plant metrics.Help establish new plant metrics to shape and influence critical business decisions.Drive a culture of continuous improvement within Supply Chain Finance.Develop financial analytics to drive Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiations.Ability to present in a clear and concise manner to executive management regarding financial issues, budgets, and forecasts.Analyze and resolve accounting and operational problems and communicate to management in a timely manner.Identify internal control weaknesses and process improvements. Initiate and recommend changes that will reduce closing cycle time and enhance effectiveness of financial reporting.Establish and maintain policies and procedures to ensure that all required journal entries are prepared and posted to the general ledger.Analyze and review expenditures. Review capital expenditure requests and prepare ROI analysis, as needed.Maintain and analyze actual vs standardmanufacturing variancesYOU MUST HAVEBachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar finance or accounting roles.Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.Proficiency in financial software and toolsAdvanced English level.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.WE VALUEMaster's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.Experience in SAP is strongly preferred.Experience in a leadership role within a finance function.Knowledge of local financial regulations and compliance requirements.Experience in the manufacturing industry.Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
