Equipment Application

**Objective of the position**Coordinate of the construction, maintenance and repair of very complex operating material / prototypes**Principal activities**- Implement industrial safety requirements.- Plan and optimize production processes.- Check quality/schedule/expense in assigned area of responsibility; introduce appropriate actions as required; consult with supervisor as required.- Technically lead/coordinate associates as necessary, including coordination of available capacities and progress and results control; cooperate in resource planning- Provide advice in selecting individual components for manufacturing equipment/prototypes (e.g. electrical or pneumatic components, etc.), taking into account company standards and user-specific requirements; provide advice in designing single components- Plan and conduct training courses; train production associates.- Analyze defects and interruptions on equipment/prototypes with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic or electrical components, using diagnostic systems as required- Analyze and eliminate weak areas and cooperate in developing suggestions for eliminating problem areas- Develop actions for maintenance and repair, as well as for adapting maintenance standards- Plan and launch equipment/prototypes and adjust machine controls; e.g. electrical planning, SPS programming, control cabinet and PLC programming of very complex equipment including conduct test runs- Coordinate the manufacture of difficult to manufacture equipment/prototypes with high precision according to stated work documents including necessary setup activities**Requirements**:Professional career:- Electronic engineeringRelevant experience:- Mechanical engineering- Technician/economist- Production equipment- Pneumatics/hydraulics- Machinery directive and CETechnical knowledge:- Electronic, electric and mechanical- Assembly electric- Electrical planning- Programming SPS- PLC- Machinery directive and CE- Train production associatesLanguages:- English Advanced Level
