Your Role and Responsibilities
The Souring Team is dedicated to support hiring projects - you will be responsible for the execution of sourcing strategies aligned to needs of the project. You will be expected to responding quickly to specific business challenges that surround new offerings, project work and critical demand by engaging active and passive candidate. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that the best possible talent will be hired through a partnership with Recruiters and Hiring Project Stakeholders.
As a sourcing guru, you will focus on building pipelines of referrals, silver medalists and previous candidates by using our internal CRM and other innovative sourcing methods.
Responsibilities SourcingWorking closely with Recruiters on specific roles they're managing for their clients. Create an inclusive sourcing strategy that takes extraordinary steps to approach and appeal to people from diverse backgroundsYou'll spend time utilising LinkedIn, Github, and any other tools required to source the best talent for roles as well as rediscovering internal and external applicants, referrals and Silver Medalists within our CRM, You'll handle initial outreach, and where necessary, conversations with candidates before introducing them to the relevant Recruiters and Hiring Managers in the teamTeam WorkWork in an agile way to ensure effective collaboration within the project sourcing teamBuild and maintain good relationships with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to identify recruiting priorities and to fill hiring needs in a timely manner. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Required SkillsAbility to understand how to recruit passive candidates at all levelsUnderstanding of internet sourcing, Boolean, X-Ray, data mining, tangent sourcing and other innovative methods to find critical talent for the next generation of IBMExcellent verbal and written communication skills - you should be able to build strong relationshipsExperience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, CRMs, resume databases, internet sourcing tools and complex spreadsheetsClient focused and committed to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships.Knowledge and understanding of IBM technology stack and offering Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise Preferred skillsPrevious experience in a fast paced, scaling businessExperience in recruiting for technical skills; ideally within Cloud and/or modern software development technologies
