Job Description YFFS is fully committed to the excellence of development and delivery of system integration withits manufacturing facilities in Europe, China and now in México.Position: ADVANCED QUALITY ENGINEER JR.Responsible for the fulfilling the quality related deliverables in accordance toPRP, in addition to PRP he/she has to fulfil customer specific requirements, related to quality.Overall, the employee is together with the SDT responsible to reach customer requirements and expectations.CHALLENGES· Timing availability, passion, drive, innovative and resilience to work with a multicultural know- how.· Travel availability· This position has a remote reporting with his Hiring Manager/ USA· Automotive industry expertise it´s a must for this position.· It's difficult to access to the Plant- for this reason it´s important that the candidate must have her/ his own transportation or another alternative to get to this site.· Nowadays the company is unable to give support relocation. Experience minimum 4 years in automotive industry (must) as a Quality Engineer in AUTOMOTIVE Tier 1 : Plan, organize and implement from preventive actions in projects, in accordance with the customer requirements, general YF and specific Business Unit requirements (Planning/Balance)Communicate with customer for Quality relatedissues and transfer the customer requirements/information's to all SDT members (Customer Liaison)Coordinate and lead Quality relevant activities in the program (Coordination)Update and maintain Quality relevant documents (Documentation)Participate in workgroups (e.g. FMEA, PSMC, etc.) to ensure the quality input (Information)Continue communication withall relevant departments (e.g. SDT, Engineering, Supplier Quality, etc.) and therefore the responsibility to coordinate corrective actions in case of product deviations (Communication/Corrective Action)Regular reporting of the APQP Status in the program, including customer specific reports (Reporting)Apply and develop BOS (Management System)Coordinate all program relevant APQP activities at the supplier base (external) executed by the Supplier Quality organization and continue communication with SDT members and CustomerInterface Supplier Quality / SDT / CustomerExperience with OEM's and/or Supplier- AUTOMOTIVE
