We boldly go.**Job Summary:**The ADP is a 2-2.5 year leadership and functional rotation-based program; with an average of 3 role changes in Manufacturing, Engineering, Suppy Chain, Materials and Operational Excellence in our Apodaca Plant.**The Program**:- minimum of a bachelor's degree in one of the following- functions:- Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or MechatronicsEngineering)- Operations (Industrial Engineering, MechanicalEngineering, Supply Chain Management, Industrial- Management or Industrial Distribution)**Qualifications**:- Graduating Seniors or Recent graduates (within 18 months) with a degree directly related to our functional program.- Leadership experiences (i.e. professional, development club officer, committee chairperson, job related leadership experiences in internships, school projects or similar)- Related internships or projects six months related work experience.- International experience desired (It could be any studies abroad or remote interaction or similar)We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
