Where we have office locations, our team members are welcome to work remotely, on a hybrid basis or fully office based as they wish.**Role Overview**Our highly motivated and engaged team members are at the heart of our success! As Employment Tax Analyst, you will be responsible for executing routine daily activities related to payroll tax compliance obligations. Will collaborate with other teams from iiPay and clients to ensure streamlined and compliant payroll tax operations.**Key objectives of the role**- Gather documentation and assist in the analysis and remittance of tax compliance for local payroll tax using thorough and in-depth knowledge of Local tax regulations.- Collaborate with clients to resolve any requirement or audit of Social Security, housing, and local authority.- Provide appropriate support to iiPay internal teams and clients related with Employment tax compliance obligations.- Ensure the accuracy of the salary tax withholdings, payroll taxes, social security contributions and payroll stamping.**What are we looking for in you?**- Minimum 3 years of employment tax experience role preferably at a big four or multinational- Comprehensive knowledge of the country tax system including the local documentation and filing requirements- Experience of audit & tax process, ability to work with external auditors and tax advisors.- Strong knowledge of Social Security, Housing, Local regulations- Strong knowledge of employment tax Compliance issues, including all regulatory compliance environments- Strong written and verbal communication skills / bilingual (English/Spanish)- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word), Oracle & SAP- Excellent time management & organizational skills; demonstrated ability to prioritize, multi-task, perform in a fast-paced environment & respond quickly.- Capacity to manage multiple priorities.**What can we offer you?**As well as offering you the opportunity to be innovative and ambitious, iiPay believe in offering a competitive salary, generous benefit package including Medical Cover, Volunteering Day, Continuous development and financial assistance for education and professional memberships and your birthday off!
