Ejecutivo De Operaciones (Night Shift)

We are proud to provide our efficient and reliable services to customers around the world.Currently, we're looking for a passionate **Operations Dispatcher** who would be responsible for developing and maintaining carrier relationships, offering custom, sometimes out-of-the-box transportation solutions that exceed our customers' needs, while delivering outstanding service.**Responsibilities**:- Drivers' monitoring and control from loading to unloading (by telephone)- Drafting of contracts and agreements- Coordination of drivers on the flight- Communication with customers- Problem-solving of different levels of complexity**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in International Relations/Business or related field- English level**:Advanced **_(required)_**:- At least 1 year of experience in ground transportation services- Previous experience in a night shift role is preferred.- Customer service experience- Effective communication with customers/team- TMS experience (preferred)- Crisis management skills- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, analytical, multitasking- Communication and negotiation skills- Excellent knowledge of systems: MS Office, Excel, and web browsing**Benefits**:Shift**:10:00 PM - 7:00 AM 4x4 (Meaning you work 4 days and you rest the following 4 days)**- Base salary (in USD)- Overtime pay- Opportunity for growth within the company- Team buildingsWorking zone: San Pedro Garza GarcíaIf you're interested **send us your** **resume (in English)**, please.
