We are leader on our businesses, and recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies.At VALEO we shape the mobility of the future!With years of experience, presence in 33 countries and 15 plants in Mexico, we are leaders in our sector, with outstanding standards recognized by our clients, we manufacture electrical parts, mechanics that allow us to bet on the future innovating and developing new technology.We are currently looking for an experienced R&D DSIS Site Digital Business Partner Manager to join our NEW R&D Center based in Queretaro.MISSIONThe R&D DSIS Site Digital Business Partner organization is responsible for the overall performance of the R&D DSIS solutions used locally.He/she anticipates and analyzes future Site R&D needs and manages the adoption related to new Digital Solutions for the R&D of his/her Site.He/she also ensures strong communication & coordination with the Sites stakeholders (Site General Manager, R&D contributors, Finance) and other Sites Digital Business Partners.In the case of Technical Centers, the R&D DSIS Site Digital Business Partner Manager is a member of the R&D DSIS Operating instances (COE domain committee, Application Change Board), and Program/Project instances (Program Technical Steering Committees).RESPOSIBILITIESIn strong relationship with Site R&D stakeholders, R&D DSIS Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Sites DSIS Operations Engineer, his/her main responsibilities are to:GovernanceIn the case of a Technical Center, represent the Technical Center in R&D DSIS governing instances Organization, performance, communicationSet up and manage Site R&D Digital Business Partner team and resourcesReport and follow up the performance of solutions & services (SLO) for the Site, and monitor corrective plan if when neededEnsure strong communication with Site stakeholders (Site General Manager, R&D contributors, Finance)Deploy specific communication to the Site when needed (new projects, crisis)Business demands management related to Project, Product/Process.In strong relationships with Sites R&D stakeholders and with the R&D DSIS Centers of Excellence and DSIS BG Digital Business Partners:Contribute to the convergence and standardization of processes to Contribute to the definition and evaluation of Proof of Value, and Proof of ConceptsSupport the business case definition (IAR) and value monitoring of new initiativeIdentify and ensure Technical Center relevant resources allocation for new projectsAdoption/Deployment (transformation projects, deployment of new solutions)Ensure mobilization and allocation of relevant Site resources for new solution when neededIdentify, set up and animate (coach) the Site R&D DSIS change agents Manage new tools & methodologies adoption / deployment plan locallyMonitor the adoption level Coordinate and ensure Business Continuity Plan for the SiteAssess and set up specific project for the Site if neededREQUIREMENTSEngineering degreeAdvanced EnglishR&D Products & Business Value understandingCustomer orientation mindset with capability to manage arbitration and find compromiseReal sense of business services and related marketing conceptAbility to communicate with both business and technical counterparts International culture mindset (to work with different cultures such as India, China, Egypt, German, French, Spain, .)Ability to communicate with both business and technical counterpartsSmart Technology for Smarter MobilityInfinity is our engine
