Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwide**Key accountabilities**:- Examines and provides treatments to injuries and refers patients to other physicians when needed (ophthalmologists, neurologists etc.).- Conducts routine check-ups to patients to assess their health condition and discover possible issues- Reaches an informed diagnosis based on scientific knowledge and the patient's medical history- Performs medical examinations during periodic visits (audiometry, view test,...)- Keeps records of patients' diseases, operations or other significant information (e.g. allergic episodes)- Proposes, participates, collaborates with individual and collective health actions by carrying out inspections and evaluations on workstations, in order to propose solutions for improving working conditions.- Participates in chemical risk management (product validation, support for measurement organizations, etc.)- Actively participates in the Health committees and working groups (addiction,)- Helps to detect situations of risk (stress,...) and offers support to the person or contacts the relevant servicesParticipates in the management of occupational injuries and occupational diseases by assisting managers for analysis of injuries, occupational diseases, and propose action plans.- Informs employees about the risks of accidents and occupational diseases and advises them on preventive measures (work equipment, work postures, PPE,etc.)- Manages internal training & Coaching trainees and temporary nurses.Establishes health awareness and training programs for staff,**Mandatory**:- Emergency protocols Ergonomics knowledge- Basic elements in labor regulations and lawsClassification of occupational diseases**Desirable**:- Knowledge of computer office tools**Mandatory**:Diploma of Doctor**Desirable**:Degree for safety and working conditions or Ergonomics**Competencies & Skills**- Very good listening, good relationship- Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics- Quick decision making- Persuasion / Team work- Planning and OrganizationAlstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow's mobility.
