Key responsibilities: • Oversee multi-site locations across various Mexico regions. • Oversee integrated services for Transload, Fulfilment, and Last Mile Operations • Provide Senior Operational Leadership across multiple sites and teams. • Drive planning, execution, and business objectives. • Lead strategic initiatives to improve scalability, agility, efficiency, and profitability. • Drive startup operations, implementations, customer service, KPIs, and continuous improvement. • Optimize resources and identify risks and opportunities. • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing company policies. • Drive leadership and employee engagement. • Delivery of all Transload, Fulfilment, and Last Mile services.
