Director De Mantenimiento

**Responsibilities**:- Vast knowledge of fleet management as to the procurement, management, maintenance and replacement.- Exceptional maintenance management skills with proven experience managing multi-sites in US and Mexico.- Lead and implement maintenance processes and procedures across the sites.- Develops and monitors maintenance budget and keep track of expenses.- Oversees parts inventories, vendors, suppliers and warranty cost savings.- Provide leadership including the required coaching and supervision of all departmental staff.- Ensure proactive compliance of preventative maintenance, repair and cleaning programs for the company equipment and vehicles.- Provide leadership as a member of the management team in establishing priorities and strategic plans promoting short and long- range objectives of the company.- Hire, suspend and terminate necessary staff for the department in accordance with the company, local, state and federal rules and regulations for US and Mexico.**Critical Skills**:- The Director should possess the necessary knowledge and experience of fleet management, vehicle and equipment maintenance.- The Director should possess skills in maximizing his or her potential to promote productivity and positive morale.- The Director should be a person with a solid understanding and respect for the differences of roles between the Corporation and the various federal, state and local agencies in US and Mexico.- Unparalleled attention to detail and follow through skills.- Impressive leadership capacity with the heart to treat people right and the muscle to drive accountability.- Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff in written and oral formats.- Must be able to manage the financial/accounting aspects of a fleet maintenance operation.- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.**Requirements**:- College degree or equivalent business management experience.- Experienced in Word, Excel and database software and fleet software platforms.- Bilingual, English/Spanish.Pay: $1.00 - $1.10 per monthWork Location: On the road
