Technical support will include workstation hardware, software and peripherals.- Assist Level 1 and 2 analysts with troubleshooting issues.- Collaborate troubleshooting of highly complex issues with 3rd level support teams.- Local support for Microsoft Teams room, and other A\V systems- Provide on-site support to our Executive staff for off-site meetings.- Document procedures and processes.- Function as department head during manager's absence.- Support hardware lifecycle management of end user devices including deployment, maintenance, and retirement.- Collaborate with hardware vendors to facilitate delivery and return of hardware assets.**What We Are Looking For**:- Typically requires a 4-year degree and 2-4 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English & Spanish.- Experience with Desktop Support, A/V support and Asset Management.- ServiceNow experience preferred.- Microsoft 365 experience / Cloud Software experience.- Various hardware and software skills.**Work Arrangement**:- Fully In Office: Monday-Friday.
