Support in the organization of team activities and tasks. Perform solutions of more complex designs. Support in all phases of the executive project. Knowledge and experience on site. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and budget. Good working knowledge of construction and building law.**Job Knowledge**:- Average structural criterion- Average criterion of facilities- Interpretation of regulations, codes and standards- Construction systems and materials- Expression and graphic representation- AutoCAD - Advanced Revit - Advanced Adobe Design - Intermediate Office Package- Intermediate 3D (RHINO/ SKETCH UP)- Intermediate- Excellent creative design and technical ability- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and budget- Team Working**Job requirements**:- Bachelor Degree Architecture / Engineering- 4+ years of experience- Advanced English (B2 - C1 - C2)**Job type**:- Monday - Thusday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm- Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm- Salary up to habilities and experience.**Salary**: $26,000.00 - $29,000.00 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- archictectural: 4 years (required)**Language**:- advanced english (required)Work Location: In person
