Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.**About the Role**Supports customer inquiries based on their demand, translates this demand into a production plan using a forecast and provides follow up to production orders and shipments to customers on time. Responsible for new orders and order changes in collaboration with the customers, responsible to make sure customer orders requests can be successfully received by our CBS SAP system. Coordinates Sales and Operations meeting with different departments to guarantee a successful demand planning.**What You Will Do**- Supervising and controlling new sales orders, identifying the key elements and communicate downstream for required actions.- Auditing order change requests from customers, evaluate acceptance of the order change request from a material, production plan, technical and logistics perspective.- Serving as primary contact for customer inquiries; providing feedback about lead time, planned timeline, order change, order reschedules, etc.- Aligned customers order with Sales production plan to achieve the monthly goal.- Primary contact with other departments to manage sales and customer priorities (orders and shipments).**What You Have - Skills and Experiences**In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute your unique skills and experiences. (Engineering, LRI)**:- **Conversational advanced level of English is needed.
