You play a key role in process discovery, improvement, implementation and coordinating our objectives for sales and operations excellence, while working in a global team supporting the implementation of business processes. You are responsible for the execution and implementation of Global Customer Interaction processes and platforms, to support Operations and Front line sales focusing on Customer Experience.Within the designated business process area you will:- Participate in system evaluation, contributing with business process knowledge- Participate in systems development with evaluation of solutions- Document current business processes and suggest improvementsYou also work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and knowledge of the process and systems within the sales operation's teams and front-line sales.
