**ENERGETIC AND OUTGOING CUSTOMER SERVICE** REPRESENTATIVE- **WORK FROM HOME POSITION! **_Currently seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Property Management - Customer Service RepresentativeThis team member works closely with the department manager to successfully execute all of the tasks related to our customer service department- Communicate with customers in a professional and energetic manner- Ensure that all requests are processed in a timely manner- Other customer service tasks**Responsibilities**:This position requires the ability to communicate effectively with people and to present a positive, professional image. In addition, the major job responsibilities are:- Customer Service- **Schedule**:_- **9 am to 6 pm CST Monday to Friday**_**Qualifications**:Have access to reliable internet and computer. A headset with background noise-reducing capabilities is a plus.- _ **At least 1-year property management experience is a HUGE PLUS!!**_- General Office / Administrative experience required.- Computer Experience / Data Entry skills required. Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, Google, DropBox, DocuSign, etc., and an aptitude to learn various Client and Property Management Software such as AppFolio, Process Street, Help Scout, etc.- **Be able to travel to Aguascalientes periodically for company events, training, etc.**- Must also demonstrate the following personal attributes:- Be fun, upbeat, outgoing, and energetic- Highly organized- Great communication and people skills- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Outstanding customer service- Willing to ask questions and continue to learn- Ability to follow process and procedure and provide feedback to improve- A creative background- Detail-oriented- quality and precision-focused- Take initiative & be a self-starter- Be personable- Be honest, respectful, and trustworthy- Be flexible, accountable and responsible- People-oriented -- supportive and fairness-focused- Team-oriented -- cooperative and collaborative- **You must have a computer with the following qualifications**- Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 8.00 GB- Processor 2200G with Radeon Vega Graphics, 3500 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)- Headset- Webcam- Optic Fiber internet - Telmex preferred**Depending on qualifications we may provide a technology package****Salary**:- The wage for this position is $15,000.00 pesos a month- This is paid by the 5th of each month- This is paid directly to your bank account through Transferwire- This position does not provide benefits**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: From $15,000.00 per monthExpected Start Date: 31/03/2023
