You will be expected to maneuver through tight deadlines and keep the team organized. You enjoy creative direction and creative strategy when given creative concepts. You will help build the creative strategy system as we continue to grow and scale Key Responsibilities -Owns the creative ideation and production of compelling briefs that excite and impress clients -Creative leadership, deep knowledge in creative trends -Reporting on project status, workloads and accounts -Develops streamlined and efficient workstreams to reduce friction within teams, with a singular focus on timely delivery and acceptance -Managing team coordination to briefs and overseeing project resources -Working across multiple projects and ensuring internal team is informed of progress and problems -Understand and implement digital campaigns and creative strategies in the gaming space -Comfortable and passionate of creating new ideas in all creative spaces (especially 2D and 3D/CGI production -Experience with creative briefs and storyboards-In-depth knowledge of Digital Media landscape -Able to ideate a creative north star, present it to the client and once approved, create storyboards and production briefing to hand off the work to the creative production team About You -Bachelor's degree in the field of advertising, marketing, or some other business-related field8 years of agency experience, especially in Creative Direction in CopyWriting -Experience managing teams (international experience is a plus) -Experience working on International Campaigns -Proven project management-Jump in for brainstorming for new concepts and ideation pitches -Solid knowledge of social media advertising platforms and Google Adwords-Adept at briefing creative teams Creadit's team is comprised of data-driven innovators and disrupters.
