Job DescriptionThe Cost Manager, also known as Quantity Surveyor, ensures building projects remain within budget. This role provides cost and material estimates, draw up projected budgets, and work alongside a team, noting any design changes and their effect on cost. Cost Manager often liaises with builders, architects, engineers, and other contractors.Thisrole is to provide cost control and estimating services on our technology clients Data Centreconstruction programs.The Cost Manager demonstrates a methodical approach and superb interpersonal skills. Outstanding Cost Manager is not only great at analysing costs, but they also know how to read people and tailor their negotiation strategies to ensure the best possible outcome.QualificationsEducation / Importante empresa:Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Civil Mechanical Engineering or relatedMinimum of 7 years professional Importante empresa.High degree of accuracy and local market cost knowledgeFluent English & SpanishRICS, preferable AACE CCP, CCT preferableResponsibilities:Ability to work under pressure to deliver deadlinesGood communication skills to systematically explain concepts, methodology.
