By living according to a common set of values, we create a culture that unifies, embraces the uniqueness we all bring to the company, and positions Integer for long-term success.At Integer, our values are embedded in everything we do.Customer We focus on our customers' successInnovation We create better solutionsCollaboration We create success togetherInclusion We always interact with others respectfullyCandor We are open and honest with one anotherIntegrity We do the right things and do things rightFUNCTIONS AND RESPONSABILITIES:• Performs all cost accounting functions for specific manufacturing sites as directed by the Director of Cost Accounting.• Responsible for maintenance and accuracy of inventory standards, revaluation reporting, and adjustments.• Coordinates and ensures that all significant production variances are properly analyzed and accounted for.• Prepares monthly closing entries and schedules supporting the monthly operating and inventory statements.• Addresses inventory discrepancies or variances and advises plant management.• Coordinates quarterly slow moving and discrepant inventory analysis with sites.• Reviews gross profits for trends and/or costing problems.• Leads weekly reviews of key metrics with sites• Liaises with AP to ensure accuracy of raw materials/subcontract portion of Accounts Payable and related Inventory transactions.• Analyzes cycle count adjustments and highlights concerns• Provides reports, schedules and other documents as required for external auditor's year-end inventory observation and other audit procedures.• Supports forecasting and budgeting processes• Learns the Oracle ERP system to be identified as the subject matter expert for Cost Accounting• Ensures timely completion of responsibilities• Prepares documentation of task procedures and update as necessary.• Supports SOX compliance and ensure compliance with established internal controls.• Adheres to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.• Performs other duties as required.REQUIREMENTS:• BS Accounting or Finance• Must have 3 to 5 years' experience in an accounting or finance role with a preference for experience within and ERP manufacturing environment.KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:Strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong working knowledge of GAAP.Oracle 12R.Advanced Excel.U.S.Applicants: EOE/AA Disability/Veteran
