We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Lawyer with expertise in US and MX law. This is a key role within our legal team, where you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support in relation to corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, contracts, and compliance. As a Corporate Lawyer you will have the opportunity to work on challenging and complex legal issues and provide strategic guidance to our internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities Provide legal advice and support on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, contracts, and compliance. Draft and review legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and corporate resolutions. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies. Conduct legal research and analysis on a wide range of corporate legal issues. Assist in negotiating and structuring complex transactions and agreements. Advise on legal risks and issues associated with business operations and proposed transactions. Participate in due diligence investigations and manage legal aspects of due diligence processes. Collaborate with internal teams, external advisors, and stakeholders to ensure successful execution of corporate transactions and projects. Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company's operations. Requirements Law degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the bar in both the United States and Mexico. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Corporate Lawyer, with expertise in US and MX law. Strong knowledge of corporate law and regulations. Proven track record in handling complex corporate transactions and negotiations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in English and Spanish. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Benefits ?
